This is the third class of a three part mini series: Preserving, Roasting, and Braising. We encourage you to sign up for all three as we will be building upon the techniques learned in each previous class.

In this class we will be learning all about braising! Perfect for winter stews, pot roasts, and holiday dinner parties! In this class we will be making Braised Chicken with Preserved Lemons as well as Braised Carrots and Parsnips.
