This is the second class of a three part mini series: Preserving, Roasting, and Braising. We encourage you to sign up for all three as we will be building upon the techniques learned in each previous class.

In this class we will be learning all about roasting! The perfect technique for winter cooking! We will be making Roasted Carrots with Freezer Pesto, Roast Pork Loin with Mostarda, and a Blackberry Shrub Soda.

Skills: roasting, vegetable cookery, pork cookery.
